2. MOOD BOARD & DESIGN
- Developing a concept appealing to the target audience, focusing on functionality, flow, and highlighting the property’s best aspects.
- Choosing durable, rental-friendly items based on client’s budget.
3. RESEARCH & ORDERING FURNISHINGS
- Finding suitable furniture and decor online, aligning with the mood board and budget.
- Payment with the client’s top-up purchase card or by transferring the needed amount.
- Ordering directly for delivery to the client’s property or chosen location

4. INSTALLING & STYLING
- Unpacking and arranging furniture (optional with additional fee)
- Adding decor (cushions, art, etc.) and styling the property before the photo shoot.
5. PHOTOGRAPHY
- Photographing the property in the best possible light
- Editing photos for the best display on the online listing.
