Thailand is the most popular destination in Asia, especially for tourists who are looking for a bit of sunshine. This place is famous for its heavenly beaches, azure waters and naughty adventures. I spent 10 amazing days in this sunny and warm place.

Bangkok is one of the most interesting cities in Asia and the capital of Thailand. It is a very busy city, full of cars, tuk-tuks, scooters and people. It is a place which is beautiful in its own way, chaotic, fast and always attracts the attention of tourists. You can admire here many temples, which at first glance may seem a bit kitsch, too colourful and unreal – but for sure worth visiting. The most interesting temples to visit are Grand Palace, Wat Phra Kaew, Wat Arun and Wat Saket. While being in Thailand is a must to have a walk along Khaosan Road where you will be amazed by at the number of restaurants, “crazy” street food markets and colourful neon lights. Another place worth visiting is Lumphini Park where you can meet many Monitor Lizards – real monsters haha 🙂

Ayutthaya is the most incredible and beautiful place I have visited in Thailand. Located only 2 hours away by train from Bangkok. You will see there some very nice and old temples, as well as some ruins. The most interesting are: Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Wat Mahathat, Ayutthaya Historical Park, Wat Phra Si Sanphet, Wat Phra Ram, Wat Chaiwatthanaram. The best and the easier way to travel between temples is to rent a tuk-tuk with the driver. Unforgettable experience!

Patong beach – Phuket Island is the most popular destination in Thailand. This place was destroyed by a Tsunami in 2004 but today it is hard to believe that such a tragedy happened here. The island is very famous for its nice beaches and busy nightlife. You will find here many restaurants and clubs. In my opinion, this place is a bit overcrowded in high season but still is nice to visit. While being here, it is a great idea to book some 1-day trips around some small islands like James Bond Island, Phi-Phi Island or others. I would recommend visiting Phuket town too.
